5. All TNG scooters carry a 2 yr. factory warranty* and one reason we can offer that exceptionally good warranty, is that we require the delivering dealer or service center to perform key mechanical adjustments and vehicle preparations, plus a face to face hand-over of the vehicle with instructions, operator training, and other key functions by a trained mechanic, prior to release of the vehicle to you the customer.
6. Your satisfaction with our product is vital to our company’s growth and success. The scooter industry’s 15-year experience with “drop shipping” has clearly established that 75% of “drop shipped” scooter buyers are NOT happy with the product or the company selling it. The lure of low “drop shipped” prices fades once the reality of no parts support, no technical support and no warranty make the “drop shipped” buying experience a painful one.
7. Our scooters are all street legal, EPA, CARB and DOT compliant and we have the test reports to prove it. Because there are over 800 parts in a typical street scooter, a trained mechanic needs to be involved in the final inspection of each vehicle, before it is turned over to you, the final consumer. This is also a condition of our warranty commitment to EPA and CARB and you.
